We know you want your order in your hands. We do everything we reasonably can to make shipping simple, honest and reliable — starting with telling you exactly how it works.

How we ship

To keep our prices competitive, we may not hold stock ourselves. Your order can be shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, and sent to New Zealand by international post or courier.

Processing

Every order is processed within [1–3] business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown in New Zealand dollars before you pay.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

GST, duties and customs

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. We are not currently registered for New Zealand GST. Orders valued at NZD $1,000 or less are generally delivered without further charges. Orders above NZD $1,000 may attract GST and customs duty, payable by you to New Zealand Customs before your parcel is released.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a redelivery charge may apply.
