How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our items ship from overseas, delivery then takes [3-10] business days. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders valued at NZD $1,000 or less are generally delivered with no extra charges at the border. For higher-value orders, GST or customs duties may apply and are payable to New Zealand Customs before delivery.
